When projects work well, your business gets the results and benefits it expects, for the amount of money budgeted and in the time planned. That’s just good management, and a good manager makes it happen. However, projects with a large information technology component are often complex and raise issues which are new to the best of managers.
I work with managers who are responsible for IT projects to help them deliver those projects on budget as planned.
